You're so lucky to have your own elliptical! There's nothing wrong with having a rest day every now and then- especially while you're on your period. Just chill today and I bet you'll feel much better tomorrow =). I think black coffee has 0 cals- but if you like me, it's gotta have cream and sugar. And I admire your motivation to still workout regardless of how crappy you feel! I'm like you- I NEED music to workout! It's like an extra motivator to pass your time and keep you going. Refurbished ipods are a bit cheaper and they're just as good as the new ones. And you're legs look pretty good to me!

I'm sorry your so tired hun. I hate when I have to work out but I'm TIRED!! It's the worst! I agree with Ariana...I want my own elliptical!! I def think it's just your period making you feel full. I hope your not sick!Don't be to hard on yourself doll. You really are doing fabulous and honestly look GOOD!!
