I work in the hospitality industry, and I know that people can be HUGE bitches sometimes. I really think everyone should just calm the fuck down and stop pretending like they're the prince(ss) that I have to cater their every need to (I don't even know if that made sense). Most people I love, but it's seriously that 1% that just makes you want to commit homicide lolz.
