Sorry your birthday/weekend has turned out to be such a bummer :( If I could zip on down to Florida, I'd come help you bake, and if you didn't want to eat your cake, we could give it to someone who needs it and not think twice.
That's incredibly lame and immature of your husband to get out of paying the electric bill. He works, right? And you don't have a job yet? How does he think you're supposed to come up with that kind of money, especially when half of that bill is yours anyway? UGH. Men can be so selfish and inconsiderate... I don't really know women who act like that, since I think it's part of our biology to put others' needs before out own.
Regardless of all of that, I am wishing you a happy birthday. I hope you get to do at least one fun/relaxing thing today that you enjoy.
